OUR LATEST PROGRAMS

MINDFULNESS

Weekly Peak Performance and Mindfulness Up-skilling (20-30 minutes every Monday over 12 months).

We aim to set the team up for the week by providing full access to our online stream every Monday morning (plus the recording). This is an incredibly powerful tool that all staff can take part in easily from the comfort of their office. The streams delve into a range of topics and are tailored to the needs of the cohort throughout the year.

Some topics included:

  • Setting goals, outcomes and intentions for the week
  • Developing presence
  • Learning the practice of meditation, breathing and stress management
  • Creating peak performance rituals
  • Overcoming challenges and adversity
  • Productivity hacks and techniques
  • Re-enforce key learning from the monthly workshops
  • Create team accountability

ONLINE LEARNING

Access to our online wellness resource center. Continue learning and development remotely with our 12-month online transformation course. Employees can delve deeper into areas of interest, learning the science of mastering health and performance. We have 4 online domains with over 100 videos.

    • Overall staff health; self-rated stress, energy, mental health, physical health, creativity, innovation, productivity survey’s
    • Absenteeism, attendance and participation reporting
    • Satisfaction surveying
